For those who aren't sure, and are undecided about whether choose the B & B, half board or full board formula, I just point out that our kitchen is the flagship of the hotel.

First of all because it’s varied and authentic: you can taste the typical specialities of the area, which are based on fish and meat, or try one of our exquisite selection of vegan dishes.

We go mad over our breakfast buffet; every year, we try to introduce something new to ensure that the start of the day is the prelude to a great one! There are our homemade cakes, as well as jams of various flavours, chocolate or vanilla cookies, a corner with fresh fruit and a juicer so you can invent your own fruit drinks, full of energy and vitamins every day! There's no shortage of eggs, bacon, various types of cheeses and white or wholemeal bread.

The restaurant at our hotel is amazingly bright, and transmits energy to everyone, so you can start your holiday in Bibione in a good mood!

You'll have many opportunities to sample skills of our cooks: for example, our weekly aperitif, the Aperol Spritz Party, which is accompanied by rich appetizers, will be ready and waiting for you, to make you feel even more welcome!
